The Administrative and Personnel Department of Zhong Ding Heng Sheng organized a 7-day induction training for new employees from August 21st to 25th and 28th to 29th, 2023.
The trainees of this training were employees who joined the company in July 2023 and some in June. The training lecturer team was composed of 8 representatives from five departments, who gave detailed explanations on eight training modules including company introduction, personnel system, administrative norms, compressor industry knowledge, production expertise, technical knowledge, quality expertise, and safety knowledge.
To ensure the training effect, this induction training for new employees was conducted in a mode combining classroom teaching and on-the-spot tests. Interactive sessions were throughout the training, which not only deepened new employees' awareness and understanding of corporate culture, rules and regulations, and work processes, but also guided new employees to establish a correct concept of talent development and career development.
